  Defender's Cloak of the Strong Arm - Cloak
  • This new cloak has a high collar that wraps around the neck... like a vampire!
  • This cloak comes from a quest in Tir Na Nog called "The Lost Relics." The quest is available at 45, information can be found here
  • Different classes will get different cloaks with appropriate stats, but they all have this "collared" look.
