Galladoria Weapons
11-05-03: With the launch of Trials of Atlantis, I am left with two options. I can either greatly expand this site to encompass artifacts, Atlantis armors, and the wide variety of amazing new items and weapons, or I can call it quits. I'm sorry to say I'm picking the later option. You may have noticed my updates have been fewer and further between lately; I simply don't have time to keep this site moving. I'll go through my inbox and update anything sent to me before today, but I'm going to gradually stop accepting submissions.
All is not lost, however. I will leave the site up as long as possible, so you can still come back and check on all those nifty old world mysteries. Also, I've got a couple site recommendations for you treausre huters out there:
- Allakhazam's - the best loot site on the web. If you don't have it bookmarked, you're a bad person.
- TOA Artifact Database - this nifty ToA artifact site is just getting started, but the more who use it the better it gets. Check it out.
8-08-03: Visitors new and old, Welcome to Capt.Elephant's Guide to the Mysteries of Camelot. I'm embarking on a little project and I need some volunteers: we're going to catalog screenshots of every standard suit of armor in the three realms! I feel would-be submitters need a resource for determining which armor skins are mysteries, and which are not. I've got Albion covered, but the two slacker realms need to get their gear in... um... in gear! So without further ado, here are the requirements:
Non-mysterious Armor Submission Guidelines:
- I need a series of screenshots all taken in good lighting and preferably from similar angles that showcases one full line of armor skins (normally three full suits). For example, three shots of your character standing outside in the sun wearing one of each form of Albion leather armor.
- I need an angled or side-view screenshot of your character wearing the matching helmet for the same set (one for each helmet in the set - but few have more than one).
- To clarify again, a "set" refers to a line of standard armor skins (ie. all three Albion leather armor tiers) that are available from vendors or crafting.
Welcome
Unbeknownst to many players, a great number of strange and unique items can be found in Mythic's wonderful mmorpg, Dark Age of Camelot.
I am not referring to the well-known epic armors, or epic dungeon weapons, but to the mundane and overlooked items available to players from levels 10 to 50.
This site is concerned with collecting information and screenshots of such rare pieces, so that players seeking individuality will have somewhere to turn.
If you have any information or screenshots to contribute, please send them to captelephant@lagmonster.com.
Item Submission Guidelines:
- The item must have a unique appearance when worn or held. This can be as subtle as a caster staff that appears as a mace, or as obvious as the Foul helm.
- Screenshots of armor bleached are preferred if it represents a truly new skin, otherwise (in the case of a second suit that uses the same new skin as another) dyed pics are welcome for variety.
- Ideally I need the realm, zone and name of the creature that drops the item, as well as a screenshot of both the item's stats, and of the item being worn/held. However I will take any information, no matter how incomplete - so don't hold back just because you're missing a few details.
Use the links along the top of the screen to explore the site, and enjoy!

I am always expanding this site, and I'm got hosted at both ClassesOfCamelot.com and Lagmonster.com.
MYTHIC EMPLOYEES: To any Mythic Employee who might have sent an email to me - I missed it. Please send it again as I'm very curious as to what you have to say.
